Tea from Taygetos

This tea is grown to Taygetos mountain and it also called Sideritis clandestina.

Since antiquity Hippocrates and later Theophrastus and Dioscorides focused on its healing action.

Its healing capability is anticonvulsant, analgesic, healing, antioxidant, anxiolytic, tonic, anti-anemic because it contains iron and is a diuretic and detoxifying agent.
